POSITION DESCRIPTION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The Department of Political and Social Sciences at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (https://www.upf.edu/web/politiques) invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the area of European Union Politics & Policy . We welcome applications from those with research and teaching interests in the broad field of European Union Politics. We are open-minded in relation to substantive focus, emphasizing the excellence of research above all, and the use of rigorous approaches to address important political questions. We welcome all applicants, especially those with an interest in EU policy-making and the intersection between the EU policy-process and EU public policies as well as researchers with a background on EU political economy.
